Actually, getting someone on the phone is hard enough, but the communication between the main office and the Shelton site is horrible. At the Shelton site I was dealing with an extremely rude person who in a tirade told me to leave using vulgar language. When it was all said and done, I managed to get what I needed without their help. I would never recommend their services to anyone.
