Called Anthony's this morning due to my heater not working, i have 3 babies at home. A lady answered the phone and said she was the answering service and that she would page a tech and that he would call me back.10 minutes later a tech called me and said he could be there in 40 min.The tech arrived as he said he would and began to look at the furnace.
