I visited this salon for the first time last week because I had an event coming up and urgently needed my fringe trimmed. Unfortunately, my usual salon was fully booked, so I decided to try somewhere new. I specifically asked to keep my existing fringe shape and only have it trimmed. I love this Salon, however after a recent experience where my notes were forgotten and or misunderstood, i attempted to reach out being polite and kind and hoping they could resolve the error that happened to my hair. No one bothered to get back to me which shows me how little they care. I am honestly disapointed and going to have to sadly find myself a new salon :(

I’ve been coming to this salon for approximately 25 years and obviously as I keep coming back I love the service. The staff are amazing and the outcomes always excellent. Can’t recommend them too highly

First time visitor and will be sure to come back - Jacob was so gentle during a simple haircut and blow wave, and left me with such healthy hair in such a short time.
