Simply the best! I have a dog that I rescued some years back. She would shake and pant terribly at every groomer's... until we found Doris. From the moment we walked in, Sophia was happy and smiling. When she got on the grooming table Doris was just talking to her and she started licking her arm and smiling at her. When asked for her paw, Sophia gladly gave it. No resistance, no shaking NO FEAR what so ever. God bless this woman, she has a special touch with dogs that were previously abused.
