My experience has not been good. I ordered a piece of glass through Heather at the end of October for my gas fireplace and was told it would take up to 2 weeks. I have called several times, left messages with no call back. The one time someone answered the phone the guy said he had no idea if my glass was ordered and would have Heather call me back which never happened which was a week ago. At this point I'm not sure if they are still in business.

I'd give Anthony's Glass more than 5 stars if I could! They've helped us out twice with a very specific request for our apartment's vintage French doors, which have uniquely sized glass panels that are tough to replace. Both times, Anthony's quickly and precisely cut the exact dimensions we needed, and their pricing was incredibly reasonable. The team there is wonderful—friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with.
