Please read. The cleaning cost me $50 and they did a poor job. I had to clean the rest. But more importantly: Today I asked my husband to take my car to have the interior cleaned while I was at work. He decided to walk around outside while he waited. The police were called because I guess it is illegal to be black and take a walk outside. i bought car wash for $19.99 for one month the day i got it i try to run the car to the car wash and the gate naver open then 10inute later open so week later i wnet back to run the car to the wash and the gate naver open so i went to the office to cancel my Membreship and they said u cant at this time and the manger was Sitting watching TV he did not do any thing to help bc watching tv for him is More important then helping a customer so they got my money and they don:t care if you wash the car or not bc they ... read more

I have a speed pass that I am getting ready to cancel. It is not the car wash itself, it is the time it takes to get one. I do not have time to sit for 20 Minutes to get a wash, they literally wash the whole car before you even enter the car wash which has you sitting there for several minutes. Does not make sense. If anything, run the brush over the tire rims. Anyway, I need car wash I can get in and out under 20 minutes

Poor customer service from the manager Griffin on 9/25/21. I was in the detail section for over 1.5 hours. Other cars beside me that washed before me were getting detailed while my car sat. When this was brought to his attention he put one person (Jackson C.) on my car while Griffin and 3 other workers worked hard to get the other cars out. I was the last car to leave.
