We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Ordered a delivery order although my order came in a timely manner my food seemed old. My pizza was so tough it seemed as if it was reheated. I could hardly bite into it. The garlic knots were fresh and tasty. The wings were cooked but not fresh and somehow burnt on some parts.
