We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. We've been to this location many times. Unfortunately the last time we were there the waiter provided poor customer service. Actually was socializing with another table and forgot about us (we had to get up and get another server). We didn't go back for a while but decided to again today. We got the same waiter and nothing much changed. Took our order but never came back to check or see if we needed refills (which we did). This is my first review and completely worth it. We usually go to the wantagh location but had a bad experience with the manager about a year ago and when We saw the one in Woodbury we decided to dine in Friday night. Every single thing went right and we believe it was because of our waitress. Bridgette was attentive and so sweet.
