Shady business practices. My company placed and order that was a few hundred dollars 24hrs in advance of pickup. They canceled the order 10 min before pickup time due to “system issues.” Called them numerous times for months trying to get refunded from my advance payment and they have yet to resolve it to this day. Awful location.

I ordered regular wings, they were overcooked and very dry ! I took most of them home and threw away!
We came in today, part of a larger group over 100 and very hungry. We called ahead and they dedicated the whole restaurant to taking care of us. The staff handled it flawlessly, the manager(?) Alvin helped make tonight a memorable experience for all of us. Really appreciate them crushing it for the kids, and we will be making this an annual tradition and coming back next year! -SUSA FC, Long Island NY
