If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Flavor perfect for any occasion, whether at home or a night out.

The pizza was excellent—perfectly crisp crust with fresh toppings and great flavor all around. The garlic knots were soft, buttery, and packed with just the right amount of garlic. Definitely recommend adding them to your order. What really made the experience even better was the service. Bry was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything came out hot and fresh. Great food and even better service—will be back for sure.
Bry was our server and she did a fantastic job - we were all very satisfied with her great service and kindness! We WILL be coming back!
We stopped in for a casual bite and were seriously impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. You can tell they care about quality here. But what really made the experience stand out was our waitress, Bry. She was friendly, attentive, and had great timing — always there when we needed something, but never intrusive. Ordered wings 30 minutes before closing, they were very dry and old. Was really looking forward to those wings all day, really disappointed
