If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Flavor perfect for any occasion, whether at home or a night out.

We usually love this location for it's convenient pick up and the quality of it's food, but lately it's been going downhill. The last order we made was for a 16in meatball and ricotta. The first thing I noticed was the crust seemed rather thin. It really had the texture of a regular oven pie, not what we are used to from the coal oven. The other issue was that it was a full inch smaller than it should have been. The wings were overcooked and burnt. The salad was ok.
We had a great meal and time here! We had the eggplant and the meatballs both recommended by our server, Erin. For pizzas we did the hot honey and caprese both EXCELLENT!!! We ended the night with cannolis, would come back just for these, mouth watering!!! Erin was attentive and helped us with any question we had, she truly made our night with her bubbly personality and knowledge of the menu. Would come back request her and those cannolis!!!! Can’t rave enough about this place!!
The wings were really good however the pizza was very dry . I thought it was too expensive for what we ordered but I get it I probably wont do take out here again . Pizza is usually better dine in
