If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Flavor perfect for any occasion, whether at home or a night out.

So so so great! Taylor was a great server and even mentioned she'd get me more ice, without me asking. She was paying attention! Food was great, the spin dip was a little bland but not bad. Pizza is so great, we will def be back!
Ordered a simple plain pie. Came with so much cheese that you couldn't taste the sauce. This plain pie doesn't resemble my past experiences, which are always yummy. Half the pie that was left is pictured wasn't cooked to their normal well done. Seems like the cooks were watching soccer off a phone. Usually, their pies have pockets of sauce. There was none of that. It actually reminded me 711 pizza
