We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Sept 2025: 5 star review. sat down inside and was treated perfectly. It was three of us. The waitress was so nice. The food was absolutely perfect. The garlic knots were the best knots I’ve ever had. Cheesy and garlicky perfection. Would order these every single day. Ordered 16” Paulie’s pie with pepperoni. It did not come out burnt. The taste was perfect!!! Fast friendly service, never crowded in this location. My favorite anthony's 😍
This was our first time at Anthony’s! We went to the one in Bohemia, NY tonight 8/16/25 at 4:00 pm. When we got there, there was only one other table. Another family came in while we were there. The kitchen staff preparing our food was talking so loudly that my husband and I could not even hear each other across the table. Ordered online and did a pick up. Pizza tasted yummy but lots of the pizza was burnt from the coal fired oven. We couldn’t eat the crust. Otherwise, great flavor
