If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Flavor perfect for any occasion, whether at home or a night out.

We frequent Anthony’s Coal Fire t often and for many reasons. First, the food is delicious and fresh! Also, it’s nice to go to a place where the servers and bartenders know you and treat you like family! Lastly, the service is always great. Aiat has been our server the past few times, and she is attentive, friendly, and personable! We will be back soon.
