If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Flavor perfect for any occasion, whether at home or a night out.

This location has an unfortunate air of emptiness, and the service is lacking warmth, as one server is notably unfriendly. Used to be another atmosphere years ago.
I Just Love Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza and Wine, Salads. The personnel are just Amazingly great. Marquis walks around the restaurant and makes sure customers are having a great dining experience. His dedication and loyalty to Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza & Wings needs to be recognized. Marquis communicates well with customers and employees. It's nice to see a manager named Marquis doing Excellence. Please let him know that customers appreciate his hard work in making sure customers have that excellent dinning experience.
On superbowl Sunday, I received a burnt pizza. It was uneditable. I order it on Uber eats. An eggplant pizza with light sauce. There was no sauce on the pizza and it was literally burnt and black all over.
