I had a rough few months after my 2012 Dodge Charger SE broke down near a Pep Boys in Jamaica, Queens. I was told the engine needed repairs due to misfires and other issues. The staff was polite, but the service was inconsistent. Even after they had replaced my engine with Endurance warranty claim, the mechanics were never able to properly fix or figure out the problem with my car. been here a few times, there a bit on the pricey side, last time i went before switching shops i went to fix my gas neck in my gmc and they replaced it 3 times after the first for free till they gave up because the evap code kept coming back anyway and they blamed the aftermarket part, i got it fixed at another shop with the same aftermarket part and the leak was stopped the first time.
