This man needs to learn phone professionalism and etiquette. I make phone calls for a living, and I just received a call and basically had to pry the information out of him to understand that he had received a phone call/voicemail from my number. Barring the fact that I never called this man, not his nor my fault my number was spoofed, it’s like he has never made a phone call in his life. We were left with several lakes in the middle of our driveway. Very disappointing. However he says he is coming to fix it 100% on the first sunny day we have. 8-13-2018 Update: he’s not answering his phone and never came back to fix his mistakes as promised. Back to a one star review.
