Both my husband and I have been going to Dr. Zabel for 7+ years and it has become nearly impossible to schedule an appointment with him. However, the real deal breaker is the rudeness of the front office staff. I would not recommend.

I was trying to book a new patient appointment for my son and told by Syreeta that they had no available appointments for Dr Zabel until 4/25/2025! I asked if anyone else in the office was available and she said there was no availability by any provider in this office in 2024! Definitely sounds like mismanagement issues. I am going to the St Vincent network.
Great doctor who is attentive, listens, and takes his time.
Dr. Zabel is a fine doctor, just like another reviewer said 1 year ago, and the nurses are good too, but this facility is going down hill. The office staff members are terrible. For whatever reason, staff at this facility are disrespectful of your time, don’t have much concern for helping patients in general, and they’re downright rude. Until now, my wife and I both had our primary care doctors at this facility, but not anymore.
