As nice as Dr. D is, the entire office organization is ridiculous. Over the years I've called to request many, many medication refills. Too many times to count the Rx doesn't get sent. Each time it's a different reason why it didn't go to the pharmacy. This time it was because they didn't know the dosage. And they didn't bother to tell us that WE needed to supply that information. The absolute best doctor my husband has ever had! Thorough, caring and keeps on top of everything!
Worst experience ever!!, he changed prescription Dosage and never mentioned side affects. Called the doctor 5 days in a row was completely ghosted. Noone in office could reach him and no covering doctor. Never explained blood work. Said to take a medication I was allergic to and didn't explain new medicine. I let them know I was feeling sick my heart rate was extremely high still no response. Had to call my cardiologist thank heavens he is a amazing doctor. Office unhelpful, full of bad information. Scripts never get called in. No one follows up. Horrible run practice. Multiple problems over the years
