The manager is unprofessional and does not take pride in customer service. I went there and received a full set with a V French tip. The young lady who performed the service on my nails was very nice sweetheart, and very new. The service took a little bit longer than expected, (2.5 hours)and I was running late for an appointment with my daughter, but that’s not my complaint. I truly hate leaving a negative review for a place I have gone to on and off for many many years, and until recently not felt like an invited client. I don’t get my nails done often as I wear gloves daily working in the medical field. I walked in anxious from so many bad nail techs. To the point I removed my nails for the first time in 35 years! Yes I have had nails for 35 years. My husband of 18 years has seen my natural nails once for one day. I went almost a month with stubbies! Until I had to have them done as I felt naked. We had an awesome experience at this very clean salon. The owner and staff are very friendly. Our pedi appointments started right on time. Highly recommend.
This was my favorite Anthony Vince location. I took my daughters (10yo,15yo) to get a mani and pedi for the first time on 2/7/26. We came at around 4pm and were seen after a short wait. After paying I noticed that one of the nail techs cut my youngest daughter’s cuticle too far back and it caused her finger to bleed.
