They are closed. Booked an appointment online. Got an email that they confirmed the appointment the next day. Even got sent a reminder, but showed up to this. About to leave on a trip and now no one can take me on such short notice. Terrible customer service.
Horrible service on Mother's Day. The lady manager/owner (not sure) is very rude. The tech didn't know what the heck she was doing and didn't even put my feet in the bath. She didn't do my cuticles at all either. Way overpriced for the terrible service.
Not good, not good at all. Snooty customer service as if they’re doing the customer a favor instead of treating customers well. Went twice since moving to Valencia. Never going again. Both experiences left a bad taste in my mouth.
My wife, daughter and mother in law went in for a pedicure for mother's day. Overall their experience was mediocre and they just dismissed it at that. A day later my wife's toe started showing signs of infection and has since gotten much worse. I called the salon a week later and spoke with "Zee" who was very confrontational and abrasive. She started yelling immediately as soon as I started my grievance. Will be following up with a lawsuit at this point!
By far the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The gel started lifting before I got home. I was wondering why she was soaking my nails for 40 minutes in water, but I trusted she knew what she was doing. Some of my nails were rounded the other side were square so basic filing was not even executed. Small air bubbles were on 8 of my 10 nails. She did not even do the cuticles. The salon has about 40 to 50 manicure and pedicure stations but only 3 or 4 were being used. That should’ve been my first clue. The owner did offer to fix the ... read more
