I just called to get a service they answered said there wasn't much of wait so we drove 45 minutes to go, we arrive where we are turned away because i had my daughter who is in a carrier with me. I work in this industry as a side note here. Never once did they have it posted or mention no children allowed. I do understand rules but have them posted or say them so people don't waste their time, very unprofessional
I had the UV gel put on my nails and cat eyes gel polish that they just had in and they look awesome, I love them. The salon looks really nice and tech was friendly. Will definitely come back. By the way, the address on Yellow page is incorrect. I think they’re ar 2100 Oak Street in the Shops at Fallen Timbers.
TERRIBLE service. As you can see, the employees sit on there phones, they disregard customers. But let me tell you a little bit about my experience. So I come in, I get quoted on price as I only brought 1 of my credit cards and my available balance was only 50$. I got my nails done, and when it comes time to pay, the same girl who quoted my price charged me 80$. I was apalled because no one informed me of this change or I would have made accomadation. First of all, the salon is beautiful! When I want a legit manicure:pedicure experience I ask for sabrina. I've been going to her for years and never been disappointed. Highly recommend her !! She's not one of those 'don't give a crap about you' people. She's cool and great to chat with !!!
My experience on 6/15/17 was okay. First off this location is a very popular area and when I first arrived the introduction was fine and once I went to sit for my pedicure another lady walked up and stated she was going to do my nails and I stated no I was no interest in that and would like it to be done by the same person. I had a mani, pedi and eyebrow wax. The staff was very professional. The atmosphere was relaxing and soothing. The place was so clean. This is my new go-to place!
Anthony Vince is my go-to nail spa. Very clean, relaxing, & calm environment. Everybody is extremely friendly. Ask for Summer...she's great with manicures & pedicures. She's so FAB!!
Great atmosphere. Relaxing and spa like. Not the clinical/chop shop feeling that most places have. Very good job every time I go in (maybe five times now). And wine with pedi. What more could you want? ;)
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got my nails done (acrylic) less than 6 hours ago and one already broke off as if I got them done 2 weeks ago. The place looks nice and gives free water, but the quality is horrible. The man who did my nails was nick, NEVER go to him. I'm not the type to write reviews but please save your money and go somewhere else.
