Linh took her time and listened to what I wanted and my nails turned out beautiful ❤️, the customer service is amazing and the young man at the front was super friendly and came and asked if I'd like I drink.... First class service in and out!! Will definitely be back
BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I went to this salon for a pedicure and left with an injured and extremely painful toe. The technician used an electric Dremel type nail drill on my toenail and went far too deep. I experienced immediate pain in my nail and the sensitive area underneath it. The pedicure could not even be completed because of what happened, yet they still charged me for the pedicure. I haven’t been to the salon in over two years. The owners were not friendly or welcoming. I went today with a friend and apparently the owners son takes after his parents. No smile No personality and a bit sarcastic. Will NOT ever go back !!.
I’ve been a loyal customer here for almost a year and usually have great experiences with Linda & Sam ( he does my feet and I think that’s his name) However, my recent experience with Tyson was really disappointing. I got a pedicure and a manicure a few days apart. I mentioned I had acrylic on my toe and asked if he could work with it. He filed it down very thin without applying fresh acrylic to reinforce it, causing my toenail to split shortly after. Came in to get my nails fixed from a different person who said they could do it and def could not do what I asked. My nails were crooked and just nothing near what I asked, already lifting, walked in here and everyone was so warm and welcoming and came together to make everything right and really exceeded my expectations with a smile too. Truly more than happy with what I walked away with! Highly recommend if you need a really precessional clean and attentive place to get any nail service done!
