The wait was a little long but I liked Dr Vallarino. I felt he did a good job explaining things and listening to my concerns.
I choose this Dr because of the wonderful reviews. On my first visit as a new patient the service was seamless, the staff excellent and the first visit was quick and easy and a great recommendation to a specialist was done by this Dr. However after establishing myself as a first pt I needed two follow up care visits one for an iron supplement and the other for a vaccine. Dr Vallarino has been my Primary Care for 15 plus years and in my mind there is none better. The 5 stars are for Dr Vallarino. If I had to rate the receptionist it would be zero. If you Look past her smug uncaring attitude you'll find a more pleasant, caring and professional experience. NEVER have I had a negative experience with anyone but her. Thank goodness for Alice. Highly recommend Dr Vallarino but its a shame the first person you deal with is a receptionist with a poor attitude. Not a good first impression
