Never actually talked about my mental health needs, he was so focused on my weight and how I have no quality of life being overweight. He prescribed me appetite suppressants knowing I had an eating disorder history. I quit eating and got very sick for months. When I told him that he told me to keep weighing myself everyday. He claims he has studied eating disorders but I would never recommend him to any one.
Very caring, psychiatrist, and very thorough.
Dr. Machi really tries to take care of his patients and get them the help that they deserve. He's done great things for our family.
He has been seeing both of my children for years. My daughter is autistic and has sleep issues and my son has adhd and anxiety. He is always kind, assertive and listens. Not many doctors actually do that. He genuinely cares. I will never switch providers as long as he is practicing. Give him a chance. You won’t regret it!!
