We had a person come out to give us an estimate, and we never received it? I even reached out a second time to ask, and she said she’d get it ready, and still never sent it? Two times, and you’re out for me if you can’t keep your word. I’ve since talked to several that used them and were not happy- lots of turnover in staff- not a good sign.
We found Anthony & Sylvan from Chris loves Julia’s instagram! We didn’t know what to expect, Jodi was our design consultant. She arrived on time and first met with my husband since I was at work. She then made a second trip out to show us a full render of our house which was great to see and we were able to make edits to our design in real time. So far, so good! We have been working with Jodi and she has designed our dream pool! We're excited to watch everything take shape and we're hoping for a smooth process!
Jodi was my design consultant, and she did a fantastic job from the very beginning. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and helped work through the septic and well setbacks to ensure the pool could be built properly. During our pre-construction meeting, I wasn't 100% sure about the original pool location. Jodi came back out, took the extra time to redesign the layout, and made sure I was completely happy with the final design and pool location.
