All was great during the process, but 4 years later, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone at this company and equally impossible for them to be accountable for any issues. I am extremely disappointed with Anthony Sylvans Pool Company. After completing the project, I have been dealing with ongoing plaster and coping issues that still have not been properly addressed. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication and customer service. Multiple attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered, leaving me stuck with unresolved problems and no support.
