Do yourself a favor and go with another pool company! I had immediate regret from the minute I signed the contract and should have trusted my gut. Do your research and find a pool company that is going to be organized, transparent and goes according to what is in the contract. communication is inconsistent and at this point my property manager is only available via text. I can not say enough about Anthony Sylvan Pools. Just had my pool renovated, beyond happy!!! Their crews work weekends, always on time, they get the job done correctly and fast. Thank you Fred Sorokin for the human factor. You are the reason I chose Anthony Sylvan to do the renovation. Everyone from Caitlin, Jessica, Ben, Tyler and everyone in between and every single crew that was out here, thank you!!!! still waiting for my design they have played me around for weeks don’t answer a phone call!!! You call the office and they give you a story. Couldn’t even get a price. Met the guy at my house ! he always gave me a story about hes backed up and they have him running around ! but it don’t take 4 weeks to draw something up and and give you a price !!!!! not going name drop the guy, but called again and still no call back not even a text
I would not recommend Anthony & Sylvan. The entire job was 100% subcontracted out, with no oversight from the company itself. My photos speak for themselves on how badly this went. Adding video.
Did a pool renovation with them, they finished the job, the plaster if full of stains 3 month in waiting for them to come with a fix also missing some small things but there is no one to talk to, they force you to pay in advance thats why they dont care.
