I wanted to specifically call out a senior service consultant who has been extremely helpful. Melissa Hollarbach. Of all the people I have communicated with at Anthony & Sylvan during the years, Melissa is a standout and has made a real difference. She is extremely responsive and transparent and has been handling my situation with diligence and care. She is a true professional and I am so appreciative.
Anthony and Sylvan is currently renovating our pool. So far, Jess Smith has gone over and above to help Lee my renovation on track and the renovation is looking great so far! She makes working with A&S a breeze!
Do yourself a favor and go with another pool company! I had immediate regret from the minute I signed the contract and should have trusted my gut. Do your research and find a pool company that is going to be organized, transparent and goes according to what is in the contract. communication is inconsistent and at this point my property manager is only available via text. Be mindful that they receive 100% of the money before the pool is completed so it leaves you as a buyer in a very vulnerable spot.
Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Pool leaked water and wasn't level. Digger hit my house (felt the whole house shake since we were inside) and they denied putting a crack on the stucco on the house. Run far away from these guys.
