Great company from start to finish
I paid $28,000 and waited a year and a half for them to fix the plaster of my pool. The tiles had to be re-done three times over because they weren’t done properly the first two times. The plaster in the pool is uneven. The colors are not right either. They do not care about their work. Do not hire them to do your pool

We Got our pool installed 3 years ago, for the 3rd time in a row when we opened it tiles were floating in the pool. Each time trying to reach out to someone is harder then the next very unprofessional company not happy at all .They basically told us we are on our own and they can not be any help to us after they wrongly installed the tiles causing them to fall off every year. Finally got a phone call back from Anthony & Sylvan pools they told me that they will send me a bill to replace all the tiles and that they expect more... read more
Like many other reviews, I should have know this was going to be a disaster. All the good review likely are the few pools they actually built or fake. Excuses will be made, people won’t show and they have zero answers. Well you see with Covid blah blah. When I give a deposit I expected materials would be reserved and hiring a company that claims they build 700 pools a year one would think they could do it fast and better than anyone else.
