Don’t use this company. They subcontract the work and when problems arise fail to correct the problem. I had them recondition and replaster my pool. In doing the work they removed and placed the pool lights. When I had a leak from the light, because of poor workmanship, without looking at the problem they failed to correct the problem. I had purchased their insurance. They claimed it wasn’t their fault. Find another company for your pool work!
Tara R was a tremendous help in fixing our pool issues. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Do not use!!!! Our PM has let a pool project go. We have leaks, tiles without grout and heaters that aren’t working. We have pipes sticking out all over unable to finish our hardscape due to being completely ghosted by the whole entire company. I repeat do not use them!
DO NOT USE. They received initial payment and were a no call/no show on the day of construction commencement. It took many phone calls to find out my contact was furloughed and I got nothing but pushback when trying to get the payment returned. Unprofessional doesn't characterize it fully, scam is closer. 6 months later I still couldn't get anyone to pick up a phone or email to begin work.
