Extremely disappointed with this pool. As soon as they received the last payment (two months ago) getting them to finish work has been like pulling teeth. They stopped responding to calls and messages, failed to provide updates, and never followed through on scheduling required city inspections. We were left constantly chasing answers with no accountability or professionalism. A project this expensive should come with reliable communication and proper permitting/inspection management. I've heard horror stories about building a pool from so many people. Construction is a process, and just like when building a house, you have to punt out what you don't like so they can fix it. If you come out with a product you are happy with, you win. So far, Francesca and Adam have been taking care of me and my pool build. It's not yet a full 2 months, and the pool is almost done. One thing went wrong, and they were quick to fix it. No arguing, just correction. I've been happy with coffee to go with A&S.
They still haven’t finished building the pool, so I can’t fully comment on the final quality yet. So far, the construction seems to be going well, but I’ll confirm that once the pool is filled and completely finished. The showroom is honestly disappointing. There is very little variety, and almost 100% of the tile options are colors designed to “hide dirt.” Not everyone chooses a pool based on being too lazy to clean it.
