The crew at Anthony & Sylvan were fantastic! Have a pool in our backyard has been a dream, and David Geiger, our project manager, was top notch! He busted his butt to make sure this pool was done quickly without sacrificing quality or safety. I can’t say enough nice things about David the trade crews - they are all phenomenal! The end result is great, the process was miserable. There was a serious lack of communication, we were blamed for issues caused by the crew (existing pavers hit and shifted from under our outdoor kitchen), we were lied to about the paver warranty and how they have some leniency. The spot we were concerned about due to a cave in needs to be fixed a 2nd time in less than 1.5 years and I was just told that’s normal. It doesn’t matter that they just fixed them 6 months ago, because our pool is 1.5 years old, it’s our issue now. ... read more
