The end result is great, the process was miserable. There was a serious lack of communication, we were blamed for issues caused by the crew (existing pavers hit and shifted from under our outdoor kitchen), we were lied to about the paver warranty and how they have some leniency. The spot we were concerned about due to a cave in needs to be fixed a 2nd time in less than 1.5 years and I was just told that’s normal. We started our process in early Jan, and were met with our salesman and project manager, Jeremy and Shawn. They designed us a pool that looked amazing. The build process was prompt, on time, on budget, commutation was great and the end product looks amazing. I’d highly recommend Shawn and Jeremy as a build team and Anthony and Sylvan as a builder to anyone!! They did fantastic work!
It's important to remember that when you're driving a company vehicle you're driving a moving billboard. When your driver is driving like a maniac cutting people off and blocking them from merging, it reflects poorly on your business.
