Avoid this place. You are better off with no pool than working with this company. It has been non stop issues with them since day 1. They are your best friend when signing and getting money but once ground breaks they bring in third party groups to do the work, outsourced to the lowest bidder. Most do not understand or speak English which is fine if you have a person who can translate or speaks Spanish. However even my Spanish friends had issues understanding them.
