Multiple storage containers full of clothes were ruined by water damage. I also lost a wooden bed frame and a nightstand to the same issue. Everything I had in storage was exposed to both water and dirt, which got into the units somehow. They do offer insurance, but it’s not very helpful — you need to provide the exact item numbers and original purchase prices, whether the item is new or old, which is unrealistic for most stored items. Very disappointing spent hours outside waiting for the doors to open even when the sign and online it says they are open and no one answers the phone or the door. Waited and knocked and called soo many times and no one answers. Why even say you are open when your just gunna close whenever you feel like it

This place is a joke no one answers the phone hours say it’s open I respected that they where at lunch i before I left the door was open when I left and came back the door was locked almost like if they didn’t want to serve us very disappointed if they didn’t want to serve us they could’ve just said so very upset
