Jessica Crawford clearly does not care or is not incentivized to return inquires about Medigap plans. Why even bother to put contact information out there if you don't answer the phone and don't respond to email. I'm not just talking quick response. I literally got no response. She must be related to the owner or have compromising photos or something.
Not responsive, you have to stay on top of them every step of the way. Worst agency I dealt with. They sent me a request for changes for insurance coverage more than three months after it was received. This was literally before there was a threat of cancelling the insurance policy.
Under no circumstances should you ever do business with this agency especially Doug Kamp. He is without a doubt the dumbest human being in all of existence
