The staff was helpful and friendly. My nurse was amazing. Dr. Anthony Zappia was on top of my first visit as a new patient. He reviewed all my tests and set up a plan to hopefully move forward in a few months with surgery. I have a follow up appointment scheduled & waiting to hear from the nutritional specialist.
Dr. Zappia and his staff were magnificent. Dr. Zappia took his time, listened carefully, and thoroughly explained everything relevant to my visit. He even went above and beyond to educate me about hernias. I’m happy to say I won’t need a procedure, but more importantly, I genuinely felt cared for as a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Zappia, his patient-centric approach should be a model for the healthcare industry.
Dr Zappia has been with me through a lot of medical complications. He is patient and kind plus very very knowledgeable.
Absolutely the best general surgeon in my lifetime. I'm 81. He saved my life via multiple abdominal surgeries....had to bring me back several times. He is caring, kind, and modest. The perfect role model for all general surgeons.
Had an initial appointment with Dr. Zappia. He was extremely professional, personable, and thorough in my examination, and discussing my condition and necessary surgery. I’m confident I’m in good hands. Staff was very friendly. It was a positive experience.
