He lied to me about my whole case. Did not tell me the state had no witnesses. He told me not to transfer my probation to my home state (Horrible Legal Advice) so KS could do me with no vaseline. He did not want to go to trail..... All this for $3,000.00. I ended up getting railroaded bcuz of this clown. Also someone needs to buy Mr. Russo an Iron and a Ironing board!!! Trust me... you’ll be better off with a public defender

Very strange and complicated case involving disabled veteran with brain trauma injury as well as a recalled vehicle that literally would lose all power and brakes and steering everything at 65mph. 2012 Ford focus see with 6sp manual power transmission that just lost class action lawsuit against them...Mr Russo worked with me on multiple occasions and the judge as well as he worked with the prosecution on my behalf...it took long time and lot of effort but to say he was fair and worked very hard on my case is a understatement... read more
