Your customer service/management is horrible! We had Anthony & Sylvan build our 25,000 gallon pool, grotto, hot tub in 2016. In April I called twice to discuss getting a quote to repair/repaint our pool decking. Both times the people I spoke with told me a “lead manager” would call me back. 6 weeks later still no call back so of course we hired another company to repair and repaint our decking.
I built my pool two years ago and the construction and the quality of the work were really impressive. Great team professional, and customer oriented. More impressive is the support and warranty specially by Michelle Diaz - Warranty Coordinator, she is really knowledgeable and customer-oriented attending request really fast and more important solving the issues.
We did not end up going with this company for our pool build. They told me the initial appointment would be about 90 minutes. He was there for 2 1/2 hours and I had to ask him to leave. He wanted to stay another 2 hours. I never heard back after that. He spent over an hour on a slide show on why his company is superior and amazing. I had 4 young children I was also caring for. I was not a fan of how the whole meeting was handled.
It has been 20 days after my initial consultation, I have not received a thing, no quote. I even followed up with the designer and nothing. Radio silence. Multiple pool designers that came after this consultation already sent their proposals, really dissapointing.
Our experience with Burt and Clay have been amazing. Clay created our vision and Burt saw the building process through perfectly.
