I hate to be the one giving a less-than-stellar review after hiring them based on their flawless reviews and rating. However, they took 5 weeks to clean and return my carpet after quoting me 2 weeks, and unfortunately the stain didn't come out nearly as much as I had hoped. They didn't seem overly familiar with my carpet when returning it; I had to point out where the problem area was. The stained area on the carpet also now has a different texture than the rest of the carpet even after cleaning, and I don't really understan... read more
