The price was higher than I expected, but the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. Some stains remained, and they didn’t seem to care when I pointed it out. Definitely not worth the cost.
The technician showed up nearly 45 minutes late with no heads-up or apology. I had to call to find out what was going on. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional.
