During my recent visit, I arrived late because I had to help my mother, who has serious breathing issues. I explained this to the doctor, but I felt the response I received was dismissive and lacked understanding of our situation. I believe that healthcare interactions should reflect compassion and empathy, especially when patients are dealing with health-related challenges. Dr.Pellegrino is honest. You can trust him to give you an honest answer to your problems. He cares greatly about his patients quality of life. He doesn't rush anything or push procedures on you that you don't need. I've dealt with him for a year now and he hasn't shown any negative traits as a healthcare provider.
