Ladies beware. Kevin from this company visited my home for a steam boiler and radiator issue. He turned on the heat, looked at my boiler for 2 minutes then took a call outside, closed (turned the knob) on 2 valves one of which I already stated was a problem and then said 125.00 for the service call, NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED! I understand time is money but nothing was done. Per the prior phone conversation it was stated that there was a $50 consultation which was to be applied to any future work. I called Anthony One Way this morning from an advertisement in the local home shopper... He was at my house within 1 hour. He knew exactly what the problem was, had the parts on his well stocked van, and got the job done . The problem I had was a leak under my kitchen sink. It turned out to be rotted pipe , along with the sink drain too. Very professional, clean and reasonable. Highly recommend... A Plus service...
