看了评论才知道想投诉的不止我一个、前台态度实在恶劣、一接起电话就一副不耐烦的语气、有气无力、自己表达还不清楚、多问两句直接挂断，如果其他老人家打电话真不知道会被怎么样对待、会继续找他经理或管理人投诉，如果没人解决会继续向纽约卫生局、消费卫生局投诉、这种人在前面只会让更多老人家或患者委屈
I use to go here 10 years ago when Polina was still a doctor here (Chinatown location). Not sure what happened between that time but one of the original receptionist is still here and now they added a new receptionist. But both receptionists now just seen seem so confused with checking patients in and comprehending. Dr. Ng: what happened??

这家的前台老员工那个，态度非常恶劣，我就问一句预约能不能早一点，被cici一顿，意思是要看就看不看拉倒。其实诊所那么多我不没必要一定要看你脸色吧。
Reception is incredibly rude, and hung up on me when I asked a question. Make sure to ask how much they are charging before you agree to any service, they will charge a lot without making it clear how much.
