Made a new patient appointment online via MyChart. No mention or disclaimer about no show fee. Morning of appointment cancelled via MyChart (due to sick child at home) as office was not open early in the morning to call. Months later received bill for no show fee. Called office to discuss bill and was rudely told it's their policy, they can't remove the fee, and it's not their problem that MyChart does not mention the fee or have any information or disclaimer. Try to check in online as I'm driving to appointment. Check-in had more questions than the SAT. By the time I checked in my appointment was over
Drs are great if you can get past front staff. Leave messages for a call back 3 days later no response. Unless you have a planned illness forget being seen.
