Horrific customer service. I had my first appointment 3 months ago, the front desk doesn't answer and your insurance won't be able to get in touch with the doctors if you need prior authorization. I've never had a message I left at the front desk received by a provider. I give up. The place is a scam.
Needed to see the doctor and the office closed 2 hours before their hours of operation.
Specifically, the receptionist doesn’t take you serious, cuts you off, doesn’t return calls and has a nasty attitude. Sometimes when they feel like it, they JUST might take your call. I let the doctor know about an issue and waited months for any action to be taken but nothing happened.
