Very poor service would not see me due to not having referral in specific name
I have had two procedures done by Anthony. On both occasions I have been extremely happy with the outcome and the professionalism of Anthony and his staff.
I called to make an appointment (with a referral in hand) & being recommended by another doctor who recently had brachioplasty procedure herself with Mr McDonald & Lynne on the end of the line was more concerned about whether I could afford the procedure or not! Do you have PHI? Is it basic, bronze, silver or gold? If you don’t have Gold Private Health Insurance …bla bla bla I was then told to call my GP & have them send the referral through, then they will triage this and call when there is an appointment in March!
