A State Farm agent made a mistake adding a replacement vehicle. However, they did mail me an Insurance card and Premiums were automatically withdrawn timely & without any complaint. I was led to believe everything was fine and no one caught the subtlety of the error. Now that a claim has arisen Tony Serrao and State Farm are refusing to correct the error and honor the claim.
