Dr Lutz, cannot connect properly with patients and has poor communication skills, poor listening skills, lacks proper eye contact and displays no emotions. This appointment was a waste of my time. The medical assistant got my height wrong, she also had severe upper respiratory symptoms where she had a rolling cough, sniffling severely, sneezing and didn't clean her hands at all. I appreciate Dr Lutz upbeat personality and very caring pleasant bedside manner. I also feel heard. He made sure I understood my diagnosis. I asked many questions. I never felt rushed and he answered all of them completely. I would highly recommend him and his absolutely wonderful office staff!!

Dr Lutz appears to be depressed and has a negative outlook in general. He lacks empathy, and has poor communication skills. There are other issues I have with this doctor that I am not going to mention. I also will not consider leaving feedback with the patient experience department because I will be replacing him as my cardiologist. In the future I plan on finding a female doctor who has an interest in treating women with heart disease.
