My wife had a terrible experience for her implant procedure. She was recommended to have bone grafting done and after months of healing she was told by Dr. Sayles it looked good. The day of the implant procedure he complained about space and drilled the implants crooked to later remove them and cause bone to break. My wife was in pain and had to redo the bone grafting again. Never going to that office again
Was referred by my dentist to West Springfield location to have my #30 Moller to be extracted. Received appointment promptly and was treated with respect. However I can not say the same for the rest of the experience. Made Dr. NELLISERRY aware that I had infection and took antibiotics amaxciciln only for 2 days out of proscribed 10 days. She said that that will be OK. Started the process by numbing and injecting novacain,returned to recheck I was still in pain. Injected additional dose of novacain.
