I have been a patient with FCP since 2008. No complaints whatsoever. They listen to me instead of rushing me in and out.
I have been going here for 5+ years and most of the time I appreciate how dedicated the doctors were, it seems like they have become distracted and I feel rushed sometimes. It bothered me however what has made me choose to leave was the office manager Alicia was very rude when I called in to get clarification on a situation and was basically called a liar, most of my family goes here and we are all moving. Very sad to see how much it has gone down hill.
I've been with Dr. Eisenberg since just after the birth of my twins. I call her the Dragon Doctor because she comes off incredibly fierce, but while she's got the hard exterior, she clearly cares about her patients. She came to the hospital specifically to see x-rays after my toddler had a toddler's elbow incident. I can't imagine having another doctor for my three kids.
I have been a patient for 22 years and have always recieved the best of care. The staff are very nice and always pleasant to talk to. My entire family comes to Oceanway Medical Center becasue the care you get here is the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! amanda
If looking for a doctor you may want to consider Mr Anthony Underwood. He doesn't treat you as a number but as a patient. He takes the time to find out what's wrong and to give proper treatment or medicine. No one wants to be sick or hurt but it happens and this doctor you want to help get you back to the way you were, thanks Doc!
At first with my first born Dr. Eisenburg seemed to be a good doctor, but after 2 years and a newborn, she has been giving of a cold shoulder attitude with my family and my self, I do not recomend this doctor for anyone especially anyone with medicaid. Find your self a different doctor with a better personality and attitude. thanks unsatisfied parent
