All he wants to do is get you to get have cataract surgery. Any one 60 and older be careful and get a second opinion before you let them operate. Very rude and rushed!
I have always used Dr. Salierno since I moved up to CT about 12 years ago and have never ever had one bad experience. Until today. In April of this year, I went in for my usual bi-annual exam to renew my prescription for contacts. He gave me the new prescription back then. Today, I went to call my normal contact supplier (since going through their office is ridiculously expensive) and they asked me for the updated prescription. I called Dr. Salierno's office....and they proceeded to tell me that I did NOT have a prescription... read more
I recently moved back to CT and a relative referred me to Dr.Salierno. I have now used him 3 times for eye emergencies, in which each time he has gotten me in the same or very next day! He has been understanding, apathetic and knowledgeable, leaving you feeling well taken care of. Thank you to Dr.Salierno and his caring staff! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Please Dr. S. — slow down! My exam lasted less than one minute and it was very rushed! I question the validity of my vision prescription. If my eyes were dry, put some drops in them, wait one minute and resume the exam!
