Very positive Doctor with a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend. He's the best!
Although I’ve only had one appointment with Dr. Klappa, I really really like him. He took the time to speak with me. He was informal in the way he interacted with me, but it definitely put me at ease. Zach, the Nurse Practitioner, was also amazing. Both made me feel like they were actually going to listen to my concerns and address the issues that I’ve been having instead of writing them off, which has been done for at least a year. Waited a longtime to see the doctor and then waited a long time in the room and then was told the doctor had to leave for an emergency and saw a intern , but the whole thing seemed rather unprofessional. I understand that emergencies happen, but it just seemed to not be handled well.
I was seen on time, in fact a bit early, which was a pleasant surprise. Dr. Kappa explained in detail the procedure that I am going to have scheduled. He answered my questions in a manner that made it easy for me to understand.
