I became a new patient with Dr. Kim today and had a wonderful experience. He listened to all my concerns, looked up my medical records, and we discussed in detail, a plan of action for my future medical needs. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, and caring. Thank you Dr. Kim! And thank you, Lucy for your wonderful listening skill and friendly, helpful care as well. Everyone I met in the office was wonderful.
Have ongoing successful treatment going on for the last 8 months. (Zepbound) I need a new prior auth for medication and this office refuses to do it to continue my successful treatment, basically abandoning me. It's pretty pathetic and I'm extremely disappointed. Find another provider, this one is disorganized and will just drop you once things become inconvenient for them. I have been very satisfied with Dr. Kim, as well as his associates. With no hesitation I would recommend this clinic.
Dr. Kim was helping my fiancé manage his diabetes, and he was kind as well as helpful for the first visit I was with him. My fiancé was doing AMAZING on GLP-1s until something happened with digestive. Instead of doing the work to try to figure it out, Dr. Kim decided that he is no longer a candidate for GLP-1s EVER, said he also can’t take metformin anymore, prescribed him a mediation that has a high possibility of making him hypoglycemic (said multiple times by Dr. Kim himself), and went out of his way to call his pharmacy ... read more
