Have ongoing successful treatment going on for the last 8 months. (Zepbound) I need a new prior auth for medication and this office refuses to do it to continue my successful treatment, basically abandoning me. It's pretty pathetic and I'm extremely disappointed. Find another provider, this one is disorganized and will just drop you once things become inconvenient for them. I have been very satisfied with Dr. Kim, as well as his associates. With no hesitation I would recommend this clinic.
Dr. Kim was helping my fiancé manage his diabetes, and he was kind as well as helpful for the first visit I was with him. My fiancé was doing AMAZING on GLP-1s until something happened with digestive. Instead of doing the work to try to figure it out, Dr. Kim decided that he is no longer a candidate for GLP-1s EVER, said he also can’t take metformin anymore, prescribed him a mediation that has a high possibility of making him hypoglycemic (said multiple times by Dr. Kim himself), and went out of his way to call his pharmacy ... read more
Dr. Kim is Awesome! I highly recommend him! EDITED to add I've also seen Allison, who is equally as wonderful. The front desk staff are always very pleasant & helpful, AND- Lastly, the app is easy to navigate, & has all of your info at hand: Appts- past/future; Messages to/from your Dr/Specialists; Billing. etc..
