After reading the reviews and having been a patient of Dr Kim for past several years- I would have to believe they are one off- I have had such great care and feedback from him. His office actually stopped taking my insurance this last yr(unknown until Jan) but even after paying for my insurance through my job_ i decided to pay out of pocket to keep him in 2024. Dr. Kim is a great doctor that pulls no punches. Not for sensitive people but he knows his stuff. The best dr I've had and he even gets my husband to listen.
I called today with a simple request: I Need my ADHD medication. I'm from another state, and since it is a controlled substance I have to get it represcribed to me here. Which is preposterous because it implies that doctors who are universally trained here in the US, somehow have to be double checked. I called and they said "we are not taking ADHD adult patients" that was the nurse and the doctor said "no controlled substance patients" I am willing to let them speak with my doctor, and psychologist, provide records, even be ... read more
